Dr Talimaren Ao
Talimeren Ao was an Indian footballer and physician. He was born
on 28 January 1918 in Assam, Naga hills to the Rev. Subongwati
Ningdangri Ao and his wife Maongsangla Changkilari, in the village of
Changki. India post released commemorative stamp on Dr Talimaren Ao on 28.01.2018 to commemorate his birth centenary.
Potter's Wheel
A set of two commemorative stamps are released on 26.01.2018 by India Post on one of the very oldest craftsmanship of making earthen pots. Potter's Wheel is the theme of the stamps. The stamp designs are selected from drawing competition held for the purpose.

India Post issued two stamp releases today on 25.01.2018. The first one is the Joint issue of India and Vietnam. The second one is on the commemoration of ASEAN-India summit at New Delhi.
The joint issue of India-Vietnam is on ancient architecture theme. Sanchi Stupa from India and Pho Minh Pagoda from Vietnam are the depicted on the stamps.
To commemorate the ASEAN-India summit at New Delhi, a set of 11 stamps are issued on this day depicting art forms of 10 ASEAN Countries and India.

ICAR-Central Plantation Crops Research Institute
A set of commemorative stamps issued on ICAR- Central Plantation Crops Research Institute on 08.01.2018. These stamps are earlier proposed to release in 2017 itself, but that issue has been withdrawn later.
